Cover, wording and ranges follow the clinic’s own template. Each compose pins a sealed version. A later template change publishes a new edition — it does not rewrite a report already reviewed. Language variants only with signed clinical content.

Named doctor releases; SPECIMEN until then
Only a named, registered doctor releases. Reviewed document kept as evidence; signature verified against the clinic register; signed copy bound in one step. Until then every rendered page carries SPECIMEN.

What Compose refuses
- Publishing unsigned clinical wording as signed
- Silent rewrite of a released document when source changes — regeneration is a new signed lineage, not a patch
- Second-language output without clinic-signed content for that language
Lineage
Sealed inputs. Byte-identical regeneration.
Release uses only locked inputs, content version and engine version — no clock, no randomness, no unbound external call. Same sealed inputs regenerate the same bytes; a changed replay is refused. Unsigned stays SPECIMEN. A later change never silently rewrites a released document.
